Background.

Practical experience.

Management workshops

We study how the challenges of the organization look from the Agile and Lean perspectives, and what kind of choices open.

Consulting the transformation

We have 15 years experience in transformations of product development organizations. It is possible in a whole company, or in an independent enough part, for example a component or a product program.

There are variations, like:

  • Personal coaching of the leader, for example a program manager, R&D manager or unit leader. It is advisable to include the team of the leader in the coaching.
  • Acting as an external pair of an internal change leader. We will build together the architecture of change. For the internal coach this is an opportunity for radical learning.
  • Self-organizing coaching in an organization. The coach finds himself into places where she can help. Larger interventions are designed based on the experiences.

Word Count simulation

The Word Count simulation developed by Elisabeth Hendrickson gives an experience of the group's co-operation and of an Agile Transformation. The workshop is facilitated together with Rannicon Oy.

Hands-on coaching Teams and Product Owners

Coaching offers a superior way to transfer the competence of the consultant to the organization. The competence of the coach goes where the problem is and is fully available. The work pairs will receive tacit knowledge. Participating to the basic work effects the practical details, and reveals what are the real obstacles. It gives grip and credibility to the coach and the change.

Training

Our training is interactive and adaptive. We focus on what is meaningful for the audience. They range from understanding basics, to applying, to coaching and leading the change.

A3 and retrospectives

Retrospectives and A3 complement each other perfectly. Retrospectives is an easy entry to a learning organization, where not only individuals, but also groups and wider organizations learn. The A3 process provides deep research, analysis, solution and followup for any improvement. A3 is actually a leadership culture.
