Conflict is a friend.

Conflict is the ingredient for innovation and growth. There are always conflicting interests between individuals or organizations. (Blog) They need to be faced and solved actively, otherwise they pile up. Big lumps are heavy to handle.

We practise conflict resolution in the trainings. We study interaction, human needs and typical conflicting interests. Also group dynamics creates strong emotions that are sometimes difficult to understand.

Retrospectives may reveal conflicts that is beneficial. Neutral experienced facilitator makes them easier to handle. If you sense weak signals of conflict, please consider getting an external facilitator.

We do counseling of acute conflicts, where real organizational interests, personal perspectives and emotions mix.
