What is observable in the leadership team happens invisibly in the whole organization. Good
teamwork enables conscious decision making as a whole company. Otherwise the decisions just
happen.
Typically a leadership team is under pressure. There are more tasks than time. At
the same time you need to understand and decide together.
We suggest a starting point:
- Clarify the principal task. The leadership team is needed more in the customer's problem
domain than with the solution. And no-one likes micromanagement.
- Concrete development of own work. Agile and Lean offer practical means to manage the work of
both the leadership team and the organization.
- Study and shape the surrounding system.
- Observing, understanding and developing the group dynamics and interaction. The co-operation
will be more productive and rewarding.
