Leadership team is the consciousness of the organization.
Consciousness enables decision making as a whole. With less consciousness, things happen automatically. What is observable in the leadership team happens invisibly in the whole organization.
Leadership teams need to understand and agree under pressure, and seem always to have too little time. The conscious politics and unconscious group instincts are at work. This is natural and unavoidable.
As a coach I will offer insight and tools fit for the situation. They cover a very wide spectrum, e.g. structuring the work, sharing experience, facilitation techniques, conflict resolution, needs and feelings, motivation, group dynamics, innovation or group decision making. Teamwork makes difference.
Coaching will increase awareness and decrease manipulation. Coaching will lower the level of anxiety, freeing a lot of energy to productive work. This improves dramatically the decision making capability of the team.
