A3 and retrospectives

Wisdom helps to decide. Retrospectives refine the experiences of the organization into knowledge and wisdom. Even, when a team is good in reflecting during everyday work, a dedicated retrospective is giving more.

But how to make the improvements realize? A3 culture at Toyota is a proven example of a thorough way to study and implement changes. Retrospectives and A3 amplify each other on the path towards the learning and coaching organization.

Who?

All work supervisors and coaches, for example Project Managers, Team Leaders, Scrum Masters and other facilitators.

Managers creating the learning and coaching culture. Hopefully also in their own leadership team.

How?

The course is based on experiential training. We demonstrate A3 by working with a question throughout the training, supported by peer coaching.

The course follows the established structure of an agile retrospective emphasizing the spirit and practicing. The workshop setting simulates a retrospective, giving the opportunity to reflect the actions of the trainer and the training group.
