Which unspoken question eats the energy of the group? What group pattern is on? Experiential understanding of Group Dynamics gives a key also for leading a single meeting or larger organization.
The course is valuable every day for situational leaders of teams, for example Project Managers, Team Leaders, Coaches, Architects, Scrum Masters and influential Team Members.
R&D managers, CxOs and other sponsors of teams have extreme leverage on teamwork in their organization. They need this understanding.
The training is based on experiential learning. It demonstrates group leadership by taking the group through team development phases, from forming to mature work group and ending. The group is it's own case study.
There is room to study practical cases of the participants.
The training can be tailored for special groups, like program/project managers, Agile coaches or line managers.
Ari Tikka with his colleagues has developed the content and methods of the training since 1997 in dozens of long group processes. The background traditions include the work of J. Richard Hackman, psychodynamic Tavistock tradition, Lean, Agile, complexity theory, Nonviolent Communication and experience in leading large organizations.
